Leaders program

This 3-6 week virtual character-based leadership program has been designed for Government of Canada managers and team leads. 

Participants will have the opportunity to go through all 6 key leadership competencies, with each workshop focusing on one of them.

  • Collaborate with partnership & stakeholders
  • Promote innovation & guide change
  • Achieve results

This program has been designed to help managers grow, build and strengthen their relationships and succeed in their roles.

From a talent management perspective, it also prepares them for advancement in the public service.

 

Program includes

  • 6 facilitated 120-minute group workshops on the 6 Government of Canada’s key leadership competencies
  • Two individual executive coaching sessions
  • A gap analysis and self-directed action plan

Cancellation / refund policy

A participant who cancels before the receipt of course materials will be entitled to a refund minus an administration fee of $110.00 + applicable taxes. To receive the refund, a written notice of cancellation must be submitted at info@ppci.ca 

No refunds will be granted for cancellations received within 21 days of the start date of the program.

Transfer of Registration: A participant and/or organisation can transfer the registration free of charge if the registered participant is unable to attend. Please request a transfer at info@pqpci.com
